Greg James

Greg James is the Founder and the Managing Director of the JAG Investment Group and the Founder of the JAG Sports and Education Foundation.

Away from the office Greg is a committed and accomplished sportsman and has competed in the Hawaii Iron man triathlon, the Two Oceans Ultra-marathon and cycled with Lance Armstrong and George Hincapie in the Tour of Courage in Canada. Greg strongly believes in the power of sport and team spirit in bringing about positive change in our country:

“Sports development goes a long way to uplifting a country. Not only is it a unifying force among members of a community, but it also contributes to a sense of pride in one’s identity as a South African. The most important thing is that we are getting the youth off the streets, keeping them active and introducing them to an alternative quality of life, away from drugs and gangsterism.”
